The Equipment and Supplies List displays equipment and supplies purchased or rented by the client to assist with recovery, rehabilitation, or management of their conditions.

This tab will contain any information available from the acCDR if the patient has HCC services from beyond south west Ontario. The Home/Community Care column will display the name of the regional HCC.

Click the Equipment and Supplies List tab (if available) to access the Equipment and Supplies List.


Viewing Equipment and Supplies Details

Click the row of the equipment or supply item you want to view more details.

Depending on your preference settings, the Equipment and Supplies Detail window will display to the right of the orders list or below the orders list.


Click the Close button to close the Equipment and Supplies Detail screen.

Equipment and Supplies List Preferences
The Equipment and Supplies List tab has its own set of preferences that can be accessed and configured by clicking the Preferences button Image of the preferences button in the header or by using the Preference Setup Wizard.

After updated your preference settings, click the Save & Apply button  to save your changes.
