Grand River Hospital’s new HIS Integrated with ClinicalConnect and Cardiology Module Update

We are pleased to announce the successful integration of ClinicalConnect with Grand River Hospital's new Cerner hospital information system, plus additional cardiology-related data has added to the portal's Cardiology Module. Click here to read full details. 

ClinicalConnect® is a secure, web-based portal that gives healthcare providers real-time access to their patients’ electronic medical information. It is operated by Hamilton Health Sciences and is funded by Ontario Health.
