Significant Data Enhancements and Integrations Now Available in ClinicalConnect

We are pleased to announce significant updates to ClinicalConnect, a secure web portal that provides authorized physicians and clinicians with a single point of access to an expanding data set for patients in south west Ontario. 
Effective April 10, 2014, the following data and functionality is now available:
  1. An expanded Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) data set, as well as new data from the Erie St. Clair (ESC) and South West (SW) CCACs
  2. Patient Header flag identifying Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant (HNHB) Health Links patients
  3. Self-Service Password Management for users at Partner and Juravinski Cancer Centre (JCC) sites to change/unlock/reset passwords
