Home and Community Care Diagnoses displays an Active diagnoses list and codes based on the International Classification of Diseases, 9th Revision (ICD-9) or the UNCODED description entered by the Case Manager (if no ICD-9 code is available).

Click the Diagnoses (Active) tab (if available) to access the Home and Community Care Diagnoses. 

 

Diagnoses Preferences

The Diagnoses tab has its own set of preferences that can be accessed and configured by clicking the Preferences button  in the header or by using the Preference Setup Wizard.

 

After updating your preference settings, click the Save & Apply button to save your changes.
