Resource Centre - Medical Contacts (Home and Community Care)

Medical Contacts displays all provider contact information available from the source Home and Community Care group associated with the client. Medical contacts include a list of Active physicians and their specialty involved in the client’s care based on the information provided by Home and Community Care.
If there are no active medical contacts for the patient, the message Inactive contacts have been filtered is displayed.
Click the Medical Contacts (Active) tab (if available) to access Medical Contacts information.

Medical Contacts Preferences
The Medical Contacts tab has its own set of preferences that can be accessed and configured by clicking the Preferences button
in the header or by using the Preference Setup Wizard.

After updating your preference settings, click the Save & Apply button to save your changes.
