The Service List displays a list of current and past Home and Community Care services from the current Home and Community Care client file. If there are changes to the service provider, start and end date, or service frequency, a new line item displays in the service list.
This tab will contain any information available from the acCDR if the patient has HCC services from beyond south west Ontario. The Home/Community Care column will display the name of LHIN HCC.
Click the Services tab (if available) to access Service List information.
The service type 'start' and 'end' dates are listed in the service line details. The most recent date is listed first.
Service List Preferences
The Services tab has its own set of preferences that can be accessed and configured by clicking the Preferences button 
in the header or by using the Preference Setup Wizard.
After updating your preference settings, click the Save & Apply button to save your changes.
